Proof of concept on knowledge management with web technologies for police stations

Project objectives: Staff in police stations of the Hong Kong police needed access on manuals and instructions. The paper-based system should be complemented by an electronic variant with improved search and navigation capabilities. The system should be easy to use. It should be bilingual English and Chinese. Objective of the project was to demonstrate that web technologies are applicable.
My task: Design and development of a prototype.
